Council on Direct Taxes

About the Council

The Council focuses on the issues related to Corporate and Income tax related matters for the members. The Council sends representations and submissions to the Government authorities & Regulators on policy related matters raised by the members of the Chamber.

The Council submits pre-budget memorandum, in which the council presents the suggestions and recommendations for the Union Budget on behalf of industries of Eastern India.

The Council also organises Seminars/ Symposia on Direct Tax matters with the industry experts.
