Conference Hall Booking
Two Conference Halls of the Chamber may be booked in advance on payment of full Charges, payable by A/c Payee Cheque and also over NEFT/ RTGS, in favour of “Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce & Industry”. The Hall charges are as follows :

Taxes & Levies
Goods and Service Tax (GST) will be charged @ 18%
Cancellation Charges
Confirmed bookings are cancelled as per following norms:

Condition
Advance booking of the two Conference Halls is subject to the condition that it may be cancelled by the management at any time if the Halls are required for holding Chamber’s own meetings. In that event, full refund of booking charges will be made.
